Shipping & Delivery

All our prices include postage costs to the United Kingdom. There is an extra charge for items to be sent outside of the UK. These depend on the size and weight of the item and where it is being sent. Please feel free to contact us for a quote. Should your package not arrive when expected, please let us know as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements

At Gnaw's Knits we offer a return or replacement policy for all our items, even custom orders. We do ask that if the item is not faulty, you've just changed your mind or the item is no longer wanted, that you pay for the return postage costs. Should the item be faulty in any way, Gnaw's Knits will cover postage costs and immediately send a replacement, should it be required.


At present all orders are subject to a strict first come, first served basis. We do ask that you be patient as each item is hand crafted and can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. We're worth the wait though.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At present, payment is done via Paypal or cheque. We apologies that there are no alternatives at this time, so please bear with us.

Viewing Orders

Once your order has been received, we will sent a confirmation e-mail with an estimate of the time it will take to get to you. We will update you as frequently as possible during the process and you will receive another e-mail once the item has been shipped.

Updating Account Information

This can be done at any time. If you do decide to change the address that you would like your item sent to, we would ask that you send a separate e-mail informing us of this. If the item has already been sent, we can take no responsibility but where we can change the shipping address, we will endeavour to do so.
